Description

Students will explore personal fitness through aerobic exercises and dance in a fun and energetic environment! Elements of jazz, ballet, and zumba will be taught as you develop flexibility, strength, and body control. All levels welcome, no previous experience required. Students should bring their own yoga mats, if available.
